Any pizza joint can serve chicken wings, and nowadays, it seems like every single one of them does. But we’ve noticed that all too often, those wings are mediocre at best. These places are so focused on making sure their pizza meets a high standard that they totally forget the same standard should apply to their wings. What we’re left with is a market flooded with C- chicken wings, and that’s not good for anybody. If below average wing quality continues at this rate, then guess what?
